Manisha, my new found friend (and a girl I randomly danced Bharatanatyam with when I was younger) threw a fabulous first birthday party for her daughter Avani, complete with a clown, pinata, costume photo station, crazy glasses/tattoos, and FOUR Nothing Bundt Cakes! I repeat four. And yes, I think I did have four slices of cake that day. I was so proud to see Amyra volunteer to help the clown and the girls loved getting their faces painted. Myara especially loved wearing the crazy glasses and randomly, they suited her quite well. It was a fun party with fun people and I look forward to celebrating with all of them in the years to come!
