I didn't even really try potty training Amyra until she was a 2 years and 5 months old. She was aware of the potty and had used it on occasion but I was pregnant at the time and didn't want to bother. So when she ran out of diapers one weekend, we just said "Let's go for it" and Amyra got it right away.
Myara has been showing a growing interest however in potty training pretty early on. So we are making more of an effort with her at an earlier age. Though I won't beat her if she doesn't get it right away, we are open to her trying. So good luck Myara!
