So I chose not to even document this night apparently because it was horrible. We took the kids to the Springs Preserve so we they could go trick-or-treating. It was something we had done in the past when we lived here after first having Amyra, so we were excited to do it with all the kids. Though it was there were a few activities (a small craft, a haunted maze and cookie decorating), it was a long walk in between actual trick-or-treating for candy and so the kids only got about 4 pieces. Umm all that walking around for four pieces of candy; basically pointless for Lateef and I. But when talking to the kids, they actually had a great time. Amyra loved all the spooky decorations and Mya loved the smoke and the jewels at the end (there was some decorative rock on the floor near the exit and of course she took some - Klepto). Ahh, to see the world again through the eyes of our children. They enjoyed it so that's all that matters I guess.
On a side note, we got this in the mail today from our Realtor in Reno, Josh Fink. It was a basket that included some monogrammed towels. Pretty classy!
